In the summer of 1965, Timothy E. Johnson, Ph.D., managed assets for his first client. Tim Johnson, a Professor of Finance at the University of Cincinnati, combined his academic career with the practical application of investment management to create a local investment advisory firm. Today, Johnson Investment Counsel serves clients in 45 states. Our firm manages $6 billion in assets and also consults on the management of $6 billion.
