After years in the planning stages, exciting changes are underway for our Johnson Investment Counsel offices. As an outcome of continued growth and with the goal of improving client service, many of our offices are undergoing functional improvements. Modernized workstations, enhanced meeting spaces, upgraded technology, and improved accessibility were all key considerations for the updates. Some of our offices will be physically moving to new locations and some will be remodeled in their existing location. As the work is being completed, we want to be sure that you are aware of important details impacting your experience. Seamless client service is our top priority.

Cincinnati – Kenwood (Montgomery Road)
Our Kenwood office will be relocating from our first floor suite to the entire fourth floor of the building (Suite 400). This new, larger space with additional conference rooms and meeting spaces will now accommodate our full Cincinnati wealth management group. Clients will still be able to hold meetings at either our Kenwood or West Fork location, whichever is most convenient for them.
As of October 28, we will no longer occupy our current space on the first floor. Our new space on the fourth floor will be open beginning November 28th. In the interim, if you need to schedule a meeting, stop by for notary services, or drop off items to be shredded, please contact our office number or a member of your portfolio management team to make arrangements. Cincinnati – West (West Fork)
Our West Fork office will be undergoing renovations beginning after the Thanksgiving holiday. Some conference rooms will remain available during the renovations. Our West Fork location will continue to be home to our corporate support services and our Mutual Funds department. Cleveland-Akron
It is with great pleasure that we announce that our Cleveland-Akron office will be moving to more spacious and comfortable surroundings in the Crown Centre Building immediately adjacent to the I-77 and Rockside Road interchange, just south of I-480. Metro Detroit
On August 1, 2022, we opened our doors in a new office in the Cambridge Center West Building. Cambridge West is a two-story office building located immediately off of I-275 at the Six Mile Rd. exit in Livonia, MI. The building is conveniently situated 20 minutes away from Detroit Metro Airport, downtown Detroit, Ann Arbor, and the I-696 communities. Our main office number, as well as any direct numbers for our team members, remain unchanged.
