Ms. Tsai is one of the primary architects of our intermediaries’ initiatives, joining Johnson Asset Management as a Director, Intermediaries & Client Service in 2017 after working in Johnson Investment Counsel’s Family Office Portfolio Management Team for the prior two years. Before joining the firm, she worked at Nationwide Financial first as an Internal Annuity Sales and Service Analyst, and then as a Regional Internal Consultant. Ms. Tsai is a Past President for the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association of Southwest Ohio and a founding member of the All Ohio FPA Symposium. Ms. Tsai was a featured leader by the Collaborative WIM Initiative. WIM (Women in Investment Management) is a global alliance to further inclusion & diversity, focused on the advancement of female leaders of all backgrounds. She is also a Women’s Initiative mentor for the CFP® Board. Ms. Tsai received her B.A. in Economics and Music Performance from Denison University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. She also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations. Ms. Tsai has a strong passion for performing arts. She is a musician and composer as well as a dancer and choreographer, formerly dancing professionally for a contemporary dance company in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. Tsai is also a fitness, health, and mental health advocate.
