A Message Regarding COVID-19

At Johnson Investment Counsel, the health and safety of our clients, employees, and their families is extremely important. We are monitoring the coronavirus situation and its impact closely in order to continue to provide you with the high level of service you expect.

Our employees are well-positioned to support you and to continue normal business activity as this rapidly evolving situation unfolds. We have tested our Business Continuity Plan which allows our employees to remain fully functional in the event they need to work remotely. This includes accessibility by phone, email, or video conference. All workflow systems and processes, including trading and portfolio management, will also remain fully operational.

We are requiring all employees to stay home if they have any symptoms of illness, and we have instituted travel restrictions to minimize the risk of exposure. We have encouraged employees to use their best judgment when scheduling meetings with clients and to follow the guidance provided by government health officials.
