He is the Senior Managing Director of Human Resources as well as a shareholder of the firm and holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) designation. Prior to coming to the firm, Steve was in Employee Relations and Human Resources roles at U.S. Shoe/Converse, Inc. He is an active member of Crossroads Church.
